In late 2017 we moved into a new house with VELFAC windows and doors. 5 years later we were experiencing some issues with both windows and doors needing service/repair. The distributor appointed by VELFAC to carry out the adjustments was Wescott Construction. A price for the work was agreed and the 2 engineers thought they would have their work cut out to complete in the day.
